On the output side, the PDOA is equipped with a DC-37 pin connector, which seamlessly connects with the corresponding terminal board connector, simplifying installation and maintenance processes.

For simplex configuration, connect one PDOA I/O package to the terminal board connector; for TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) setup, connect three PDOA I/O packages to the terminal board connector. Ensure mechanical stability by securing the package using the threaded studs located next to the Ethernet ports, and adjust the bracket position to avoid applying right-angle force to the DC37 connector. Insert one or two Ethernet cables according to the system configuration; the PDOA package can operate using either port.
Maintenance: The IS220PDOAH1B is designed for reliability, but improper handling and storage may affect its functionality. It is recommended to store the module in an electrostatic-sensitive storage box under recommended conditions. In case of problems, quick testing, diagnosis, and repair can be performed.
